  • September 10, 2010: Small and Simple Grant awarded to Sustainable Magnolia
  • December 8, 2010: Start of "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) period, during which qualified landscape architecture consultants are encouraged to submit proposals for participating in the site planning process for Magnolia Manor Park.
  • December 29, 2010: End of the RFQ period. By this date, all landscape architecture consultants wishing to be considered for participation in the site planning process must have responded.

    • January 26: Final selection of landscape architecture firm.
